The kick off our 2024 Annual event and the wrap up of the second beeEffect program edition was held in Podgorica on February 22 to February 25th, 2024.
The first day was complete with inspiration and feedback as we welcomed the 12 new alumni members to beeEFB Network, coming from the second cohort of the regional beeEffect Programme. This start of the programme was all about wrapping up their whole experience which included an opening event and sesssions in person, mentoring process, online sessions and learning exchange visits. We want to thank all the participants and the beeEffect Programme Team, mentors , participants, case study advisors and lecturers for being a part of this inspiring 6-monts journey.
The second day of the 2024 beeEFB Annual Event started with a warm welcome speech by Aleksandra Tomanić, EFB Executive Director and workshop facilitator Ljiljana Simić Deru. After alumni presentations on achievements in the Joint Initiatives, we had the opportunity to listen to presentations during the Speaking Locally, Acting Regionally sessions: Climate Change: Regional Challenges, delivered by Ivana Vojinović (UDG Montenegro) and Advancing EU Accession and Sustainable Development by our Alumni Milos Popović (UN).
Our final workshop, featuring co-designing sessions with Alumni, was a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation within our community. Together, we've brainstormed ideas, shared insights, and laid the groundwork for future activities that will continue to drive positive change. This is not the end of the process, as together with workshop hosts you will be shaping our future endeavors, ensuring that they resonate with the needs and aspirations of our Alumni network.
The passion and commitment are what make our community so special, and we can't wait to see what amazing things we'll achieve together in the months ahead!
