The call for applications for the beeEFB Annual Event 2025, which will take place from May 9-11, 2025, in Montenegro is now open.
The gathering is designed to be interactive and engaging, with discussions, workshops and parallel sessions. To ensure meaningful participation, we are seeking alumni who are motivated to contribute, share insights and actively participate in shaping concrete outcomes by the end of the event. This year’s theme, "Bridging Visions, Building Solutions," is all about turning ideas into action.

Who Can Apply?
All beeEFB Alumni are welcome to apply, regardless of the year they participated in the program. However, we require a brief statement of your motivation, your potential contribution, and the outcomes you expect from attending the event.
How to Apply?
To apply, please complete the Application Form by March 31st.
The selection will be based on your motivation, expected contribution, and engagement with the beeEFB community. Selected participants will be notified via e-mail after the application review process.

Costs Covered by EFB
The EFB will cover the accommodation, transportation and meals for all selected participants.
