After the successful completion of the 2 weeks Summer Academy in Berlin and Schloss Neuhardenberg, The Southeast Europe and the EU – Leadership Development Programme passes on to the next phase of implementation: holding of group events in different countries of the Western Balkans.
The organized events envision participants working together in small multi-cultural groups to implement a joint activity in each of the countries of origin.
There are 5 groups, each with a different project topic:
- The challenges of achieving EU candidate status
- European values and culture
- How can EU do better in the Balkans?
- National identities, minority rights and European integration
- Regional cooperation in Southeast Europe
